ShelfCloud Limited ("ShelfCloud", "we", "us") provides a school management platform used by schools to manage students, staff and school operations. This policy outlines, at a high level, how information within the platform is handled.
Each school that uses ShelfCloud controls its own data — students, staff, academic, financial and operational records entered by that school's authorized users.
ShelfCloud is a multi-tenant platform: each school's data is logically separated from every other school's data.
Access within a school is governed by role-based permissions, so users see only the information relevant to their role.
